Peace in Nature LLC is an approved HSI Training Center.

We offer a blended learning format for certifications in Adult First Aid, CPR/AED All Ages, Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). Wilderness First Aid is offered as an in-person only course.

In blended learning, the bulk of each course is completed online as self-paced video modules. After completion of the online portion, participants are required to attend an in- person session to learn and practice hands-on skills.

Personalized, hands-on skills training is conducted at your business or community location within an hour drive of Lisbon, Maine. We will work with you to schedule a day and time to travel to your location to provide you with the in-person skills training needed to complete your certification.

Owner/Instructor Lacey Donle has recently completed the HSI Instructor Development Course and become an HSI Level 2 Instructor.

Over the past 25 years, Lacey has been certified in Wilderness First Responder, Lifeguard, Basic Life Support and First Aid/CPR many times. Lacey has worked as a residential care staff, social worker, preschool teacher and gymnastics coach.

Throughout her work, she has supported teens, newborns, young adults, families and older adults, and has a long history of working with persons experiencing homelessness, trauma and poverty.

Lacey enjoys teaching people at all ages and stages of life, and particularly likes exchanging knowledge and skills with English language learners, New Mainers, and immigrant/refugee populations.
